A Day of Service

As a ward and I guess fully as a stake were invited to give a day of service. I don't want to sound all "holier than thou" that we went and participated, but I want to put it on the record that we had a really fun, good time. We were able to get to know a few more people in our ward all while beautifying the Jordan River Parkway. There were alot of people who came and participate and made it a great success. Here are some pics of Josh pulling weeds, of course there aren't any pics of me pulling weeds....not because I didn't, but because I'm always the one taking the pictures (it might be an awkward photo if I took one of myself and I'd rather not subject myself to that sort of awkwardness). Anyways I hope we can make service more of a priority in our lives. It's always good to do something good! :)
