Auntie Deb's Endowment Day!

We had the privilege of attending the temple with my Auntie Deb when she received her endowment. I can't even tell you how excited I was when I heard she was going through the temple....especially after so many years of inactivity in the church. My family has always prayed and hoped the some more of our extended family would go back to church. My mission president use to always say that many blessing would come upon our families because of our service! I'm not saying this is my doing....but I know that the blessings of serving a mission are still being manifest! I can only be grateful to know that my letters and "paying it forward" acts of kindness (Deb you know what I mean) had some small impact on what was to come. It's amazing to feel and see the impact of the spirit and the gospel....somewhat indescribable!
We were excited for her and her accomplishments in her life and wanted to be there to support her. She chose the Mt. Timpanagos temple and I must say it was beautiful. I had never attended a session there....or had even been on the temple grounds....so it was a new experience for me. Then we were able to celebrate afterwards with a yummy lunch at Olive Garden! It was definitely a busy weekend, with the graduation, the blessings, my Dad's birthday, and then the endowment session, but it was all worth it!
